  • 2017-PRESENT – ECMHC Clinical Supervisor, Georgetown University Supervised clinicians implementing early childhood mental health consultation (ECMHC) in public charter school settings serving children ages 3-5 in Washington, DC.
  • 2016 – 2017 – Clinical Psychologist, InSite Solutions, LLC. Early Childhood School-based Outpatient Therapist Deliver family-based interventions in an underserved Washington, DC early childhood center.
  • Early Childhood School-based Mental Health Consultant, Provide individualized recommendations to teachers for students with behavioral problems. Collaborate with school administrators to enhance student’s social and emotional growth.
  • 2015 – 2016 – Psychology Fellow, APA-Accredited Clinical Internship, University of Maryland – Baltimore School-based Outpatient Therapist Delivered individual and group interventions in an inner city Baltimore school. 
  • School-based Mental Health Consultant. Provided individualized recommendations for students with behavioral problems. Participated in psychiatry sessions in-person and via tele-psychiatry. Collaborated with school administrators to optimize student learning and growth. 
  • Child Neuropsychological Evaluator. Conducted comprehensive assessments for youth from diverse backgrounds. Assessments included intelligence/achievement tests, neuropsychological tests, adaptive functioning. Wrote integrated reports and provided feedback with detailed recommendations. Group Therapist. Lead therapeutic groups focused on self-regulation, perspective taking and social skills.
  • 2010 – 2014 – Staff Therapist, The Penn State Psychological Clinic, The Pennsylvania State University. Individual Therapist/Evaluator. Provided evidence-based individual interventions to children and adolescents with various diagnoses, including ADHD, ODD, ASD, encopresis, anxiety, depression. Conducted psychological assessments with children and adolescents. Participated in inter-agency meetings to coordinate services.
  • Family Therapist. Provided family-systems therapy as part of multi-modal treatment. Focused on communication and positive relationship building. 
  • School-based Outpatient Therapist. Delivered individual interventions for students across multiple school settings. Led a CBT-based skills group for high school students at-risk for anxiety/depression. Co-led manualized Friendship Group social skills therapy sessions for kindergarteners. 
  • School-based Mental Health Consultant. Consulted with school professionals and made individualized recommendations for students. 
  • Neuropsychological Evaluator. Conducted comprehensive cognitive, educational and personality assessments. Wrote integrated reports and provided feedback with detailed recommendations. Administered and interpreted intelligence and achievement tests (e.g. WISC, WIAT, Stanford-Binet, Woodcock Johnson), neuropsychological tests (e.g. DKEFS, NEPSY,), personality measures (e.g. IPDE), adaptive functioning measures (e.g. SIB-R) and structured interviews (e.g. K-SADS, DISC). 
  • Anxiety Clinic Therapist. Used the ADIS to assess children and adults for anxiety. Delivered manualized, evidence-based anxiety treatments to children and adults including Coping Cat and Rapee (GAD), March (OCD), and Hope (Social Phobia). 
  • Group Therapist. Co-led manualized group therapy sessions for parents and their school-aged children. Parent groups were focused on behavioral management strategies. Child groups were focused on emotion regulation and social skills building.
